Lattice rebuilt the rate card into Foundations plus a quote-only Enterprise tier, and promoted Engagement to a base product
The 'Talent Management' wrapper was replaced by two package cards — Foundations at $11 seat/month and a quote-only Enterprise tier — above a new 'Build your custom package' module card. Engagement moved from add-on to base product at $4 seat/month, so it now carries Manager Tools, Analytics, the AI Agent and Integrations in its own right. No rate changed.

Enterprise became a real card. Since 2022 the enterprise motion had been a one-line strip — “Special enterprise pricing available for multi-product and volume purchases / Contact sales”. It is now a package card sitting next to Foundations, with the explicit statement that “Enterprise pricing varies based on seats, complexity, and scale” and two CTAs. Lattice made the quote-only path a first-class option rather than a footnote.
Engagement was promoted from add-on to base product. This is the substantive change. Engagement had been an add-on at +$4 attaching to Performance or Goals; it is now one of three base products at $4 seat/month, carrying Manager Tools (1:1s, Weekly Updates, Feedback, Q&A Boards) plus Analytics, the AI Agent and Integrations in its own right. That makes $4 seat/month a genuine standalone entry into the platform for the first time — and, combined with the unchanged $4,000 annual minimum, sets the practical floor for a self-contained Engagement deal at roughly 84 seats.
Compensation and Grow stayed increments. Both are still quoted with a leading plus sign and still lack the “also includes” Manager Tools block, so they remain attachments rather than doorways.
Six weeks later Lattice raised Foundations from $11 to $13 and Performance from $8 to $10 inside this new layout.
