Lattice rebuilt its pricing page, named the Foundations package and published a pricing FAQ
The module cards were replaced by a two-column layout: a Talent Management column containing the newly-named Foundations package at $11 seat/mo with Engagement, Grow and Compensation as add-ons, and a second HRIS column added with no price. The billing unit changed from 'person/month' to 'seat/mo', and a nine-question pricing FAQ published the $4,000 minimum and the '$8/month' unbundling answer for the first time.
A flat row of module cards: Performance Management + OKRs & Goals at $11 person/month (separately $8 each), Engagement +$4 person/month, Grow +$4 person/month, Compensation +$6 person/month. Footnote: 'Minimum annual agreement of $4,000. All contracts billed annually.' No FAQ.
Two columns headed 'Talent Management $11 seat/mo' and 'HRIS'. The Talent Management column contains a package named Foundations at $11 seat/mo (Performance plus Goals & OKRs) with add-ons Engagement +$4 seat/mo, Grow +$4 seat/mo and Compensation +$6 seat/mo. The HRIS column shows Core HRIS with an 'Early Bird Pricing Available!' badge and no rate, plus Payroll and Time Tracking both marked COMING SOON. A nine-question FAQ answers minimum spend, currency, billing cadence, implementation fees and unbundling.
Between the 9 July and 13 September 2024 snapshots Lattice rebuilt /pricing from the ground up. Three changes matter for pricing.
The Foundations name appears. The $11 rate did not move, but the thing being sold acquired a brand. What had been an unnamed “Performance Management + OKRs & Goals” bundle card became Foundations, sitting inside a “Talent Management” column at $11 seat/mo. Two years later Foundations is still the headline package.
“Person” becomes “seat”. Every rate on the page switched unit language from “person/month” to “seat/mo”. The arithmetic is identical, but seats are a contractual quantity where people are a headcount — and Lattice’s help centre bills Invited as well as Active users and never lowers the maximum seat count once raised.
The FAQ arrives. Nine questions were added at the bottom of the page, publishing in one place the minimum spend, the currency, the billing cadence, the absence of implementation fees for performance management, and the answer that Performance and OKRs and Goals “can be unbundled and purchased individually for $8/month”. At the time that answer was correct for both products. It was never updated when Performance moved to $10 in July 2026, and it still contradicts the rate card today.
The rebuild also opened a second column for HRIS — badged “Early Bird Pricing Available!” but with no number on it yet — signalling a system-of-record product a month before its rate was published.
The $11 rate does not move but the bundle acquires a brand: Foundations, inside a 'Talent Management' column at $11 seat/mo. Units change from 'person/month' to 'seat/mo', an unpriced Core HRIS column appears with an Early Bird badge, and a nine-question pricing FAQ publishes the $4,000 minimum and the answer that Performance and Goals & OKRs unbundle at $8/month.
