Lattice priced Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo with a $5 Early Bird rate
The HRIS column that had been added to the pricing page without a number in September got one: Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo, struck through to $5 seat/mo under an 'Early Bird Pricing Available!' badge, with a site banner reading 'Lattice HRIS: 50% off until November 30th'. Payroll showed as COMING SOON and Time Tracking as COMING SOON.

Lattice put a price on its system-of-record product on or before the 14 October 2024 snapshot: Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo, shown struck through and replaced by $5 seat/mo under an “Early Bird Pricing Available!” badge, with a site-wide banner reading “Lattice HRIS: 50% off until November 30th”. The banner in the 26 November 2024 snapshot reads “until December 31st” — the promotion was extended by a month.
This was a genuine category move, not a feature. Lattice had spent a decade selling the talent layer that sits on top of somebody else’s HRIS; pricing its own Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo put it in direct competition with Rippling, Gusto and Workday on the record layer itself. A customer buying Foundations plus Core HRIS at Early Bird was looking at $16 seat/month; at list, $21.
The two HRIS add-ons were still unpriced at this point — Payroll and Time Tracking both showed COMING SOON, and would not carry rates until 2025. The whole HRIS column was removed from the rate card in November 2025.
