Lattice's HRIS Early Bird promotion lapsed and Core HRIS doubled to its $10 list rate

Lattice pricing

The 50%-off launch promotion that had put Core HRIS at $5 seat/mo expired at the end of December 2024. From the 24 January 2025 snapshot the card shows the list rate of $10 seat/mo with no strike-through and no badge — although the stale '50% off until December 31st' banner was still on the page a month later.

Before

Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo struck through to $5 seat/mo, badged 'Early Bird Pricing Available!', under a banner reading 'Lattice HRIS: 50% off until December 31st'.

After

Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo, no strike-through, no Early Bird badge. Payroll still 'Early Access' and Time Tracking still 'Coming soon', both unpriced. Talent Management column unchanged at $11 seat/mo for Foundations.

Lattice launched Core HRIS at half price and let the promotion run its stated course. The 26 November 2024 snapshot shows $10 struck through to $5 under a banner promising 50% off until December 31st; the 24 January 2025 snapshot shows a clean $10 seat/mo with the strike-through and badge gone.

For anyone who bought during the window, the interesting question is what happened at renewal — Lattice publishes no renewal policy on any surface, and a customer who signed at $5 was facing a doubling if the introductory rate was not contractually held. That is the usual cost of a deep launch discount: it buys logos at the price of a difficult second conversation.

One tidy detail on housekeeping: the site-wide banner still read “Lattice HRIS: 50% off until December 31st” in the 25 February 2025 snapshot, nearly two months after the offer it advertised had expired. Lattice’s pricing page has a recurring pattern of stale strings outliving the prices they describe — the same thing later happened to the “$8/month” unbundling answer in the FAQ.
